The Convergence
of Tech
and Art
Spyre Air was conceived through a love of tech and art
We always knew the hobby would evolve into a business, and it took longer than expected to get here, but we made it anyway.
Matt Marchetta, founder of Spyre Digital, has spent the better part of a decade trying to find a way to reconcile his interests in business, technology and art (film, specifically). He fell in love with drones the moment they became mainstream, and purchased his first one in 2015. Three drones later, a license, insurance, and passion for aerial cinematography, Spyre Air was born.
We’re a small, humble, Sydney based drone startup. But that also means we’re affordable, reliable, and committed to producing quality work and evolving.
Meet Matt
Hey! I’m the Founder and Director of Spyre Air, the 2nd venture under the Spyre banner. My entire career thus far has been spent in ecommerce and digital marketing, focused on generated online revenue for Australian businesses. I have over 15 years of experience in website design and video production.
I’ve always struggled to find a balance between my creative and professional interests, and having been self-employed since I was 21 years old, my attention has always required in the world of online business.
Fast forward 13 years, and my digital agency has reached a point where I can comfortably engage in new areas of interest. As such, I set a goal for 2019 to launch and grow a drone cinematography venture.
